As a technology support professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal technology issues, providing direct user assistance via various channels. Your role is critical to stabilizing IT operations by resolving first- and second-tier support issues and managing user provisioning across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on service, ownership, and consistency, with excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure. You will work closely with colleagues and managers on projects and initiatives, identifying knowledge gaps and tracking them for updates.

  • Triage and resolve first-tier issues; escalate unresolved items after 1 hour of investigation/troubleshooting
  • Provide provision/deprovision user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, Intune, and other platforms
  • Configure and deploy new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies
  • Support end-users on desktop/laptop issues, mobile device setup, email configuration, MFA setup (Microsoft Authenticator), and printer issues (Windows Print Server)
  • Install and configure business applications and tools

You will also assist with releasing quarantined email requests and working with a range of technologies/technical environments, including ticketing and remote access systems, device management software, user management systems, and hardware platforms.
