About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Designer to drive creative excellence across our marketing and sales divisions. This role involves developing high-impact design briefs, executing various prospect-facing design tasks, and managing end-to-end creative briefing processes.

You will work closely with our growth team to collect requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet required deadlines. Additionally, you will maintain and consistently apply our brand's visual identity and guidelines throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh creativity
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen analytical mind, and able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights
