About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives, brand goals, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Foster strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools to measure campaign success, generate reports, and inform future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
