About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to drive engagement and conversion across our digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can bridge internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers to deliver high-performing creatives that win clicks and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
