Senior Digital Designer

This role involves developing and designing consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories. It also includes delivering assets for various platforms such as social media, CRM, and display ads.


Responsibilities:
  • Create digital marketing assets that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop responsive web pages, mobile applications, and other digital products.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to create innovative digital ideas.
  • Develop storyboards and animations as needed.
  • Seamlessly execute adaptations across different digital marketing assets.
  • Manage and prioritize workflows to meet tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality work.
  • Maintain brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects.
  • Share knowledge and encourage idea exploration among colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure quality work is released to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Conceptual thinking, creative instincts, and willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
