Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a technical liaison between our platform and clients, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations while providing superior customer support.

This role combines strong development skills with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom integrations between our platform and client systems
  • Provide ongoing technical support for integration-related inquiries
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent client-facing skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Capable of managing 5-6 concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and different deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools
