About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the SEA team, handling sales tasks, and assisting with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists in conducting internal and external meetings.
  • Handles administrative activities such as flight bookings, accommodations, price comparisons, liquidations, documentations, and others.
  • Coordinates with local suppliers for office purchases.
  • Maintains business folders, tools, and systems up to date.
  • Collects presentations, training, and marketing materials ensuring adherence to company branding guidelines.
  • Follows up on concerns and requests to relevant departments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, advanced computer literacy, and at least 2 years of experience in sales and administrative roles.
