CARSOME is a dynamic organization that requires a seasoned professional to oversee the sales administration function. The Senior Executive, Sales Administration will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, managing administrative support for the sales team, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies.
Job Summary:
- Oversee the sales administration function to ensure efficient processing of orders, contracts, and customer inquiries.
- Supervise and mentor the sales administration team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the sales function.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
You will be able to:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
