Job Summary

This is a dynamic role in our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to oversee warranty claims. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, suppliers, and staff to ensure seamless vehicle registration and repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently via phone, email, and online live chat.
  • Collaborate with clients to address breakdown or accident-related matters, providing regular updates on the repair process.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee efficient vehicle repairs within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
  • Negotiate best possible outcomes for client satisfaction, resolving conflicts as required.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration activities, assist with prioritization of client repairs tracking and follow-up.
  • Support clients and other departments with vehicle-related inquiries, finding solutions that balance owner experience and business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in guest services or customer-facing roles.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to handle customer expectations and conflict resolution.
  • Seller management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
