The HR Executive (Business Partnering) plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives. The primary focus is on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  2. Assess workforce needs and manage manpower planning exercises
  3. Facilitate performance management exercises and provide coaching to managers and employees
  4. Identify skill gaps and execute employee learning and development plans and opportunities
  5. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment
  6. Implement and provide guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, and other HR-related matters
  7. Lead and organize company events and HR programs
  8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
Two to four years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Organizational Development

Competencies and Skills Required:
Understanding of HR Policies, Labour Laws, and best employment practices; familiarity with HR systems and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to address employee issues, conflicts, and implement effective solutions. Strong leadership qualities, with experience in managing change and influencing organizational development. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to organizational changes.
