Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related course.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source applicants through various online channels and recruitment platforms.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  3. Collaborate with the HRBP and HR team to ensure smooth staffing and selection processes.
  4. Consult with TA Specialists and HRBPs to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment materials and share them with relevant stakeholders.
