We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition function, ensuring that all recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment and talent acquisition function, including coordinating recruitment activities and communicating with candidates
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage employee transfers, promotions, and separations, as needed
  • Perform other HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration and performance management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
