Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

This role involves providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients' products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver service that meets contractual performance metrics
  • Cultivate understanding of customer requirements, utilize decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions
  • Engage attentively with customers, demonstrate empathy while building rapport
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of client offerings
  • Prepare accurate work including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer relevant products and services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database
  • Refer customer inquiries to published materials, secondary sources or senior staff
Candidate Profile:
  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective computer navigation skills and PC proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions
  • Willingsness to rotate shifts as needed
