Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations of our company.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage job deployment schedules for field technicians and project leads.
    • Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across multiple jobs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Update and maintain dashboards with live project status.
    • Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs for invoicing.
    • Ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements.
    • Prepare operational reports for senior management.
    • Assist in streamlining processes and documentation.
    • Work with senior leaders on scaling processes and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or field management.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows and data center infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business operations and labor scheduling.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Technical background or prior experience as a field technician.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. staffing companies.
  • Knowledge of OSHA/jobsite safety practices.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours or partial overlap.
