Marketing Officer Role

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales force's capabilities through necessary trainings. Additionally, you will facilitate company-sponsored activities to reach our target audience further and coordinate all activities between our organization and accredited sellers.

  • Trainings: You will conduct trainings to improve the sales force's skills and knowledge, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Company Sponsored Activities: You will oversee and facilitate company-sponsored events such as road shows and special events to engage with our target audience effectively.
  • Seller Coordination: You will work closely with accredited sellers to ensure their needs are met, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
  • Business Meetings: You will attend regular business meetings to address concerns and collaborate with the Sales Supervisor/s to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing Management or Relevant Field: A degree in Marketing Management or a relevant field is essential for this role, demonstrating your expertise in marketing principles and practices.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, showcasing your technical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasing Personality: A pleasing personality and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are crucial for building strong relationships with colleagues, sellers, and other stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Events Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and Events Management is desirable, highlighting your ability to plan, execute, and evaluate successful marketing campaigns and events.

  • Immediate Availability: You must be available to start immediately in Angeles, Pampanga, ready to make a positive impact from day one.
