Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive's daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including composing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate meetings and sales opportunities, assisting in curating lead and opportunity lists to help schedule the Executive's calendar especially when travelling
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
  • Draft and interact with external contacts via email and other means on behalf of the Executive to assist with sales opportunities and meetings.
  • Manage workflow and task prioritisation.
  • Screen and manage incoming emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, or partners, fostering smooth communication.
  • Track and follow up on various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, Manager, or in a similar role
  • Bonus if you have a strong passion for information technology
  • Savvy in Google Suite/Workspace Applications
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism
