This role is designed to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities, a solid grasp of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms, and the capacity to distill complex technical concepts into clear business value.

This key role plays a pivotal part in shaping Degreed's approach to solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential clients on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
