Job Title: Customer Experience Associate II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Associate II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone inquiries, and managing calls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service for all calls.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year Customer Service experience (voice).
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Workers' Compensation or a medical setting is an asset. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software and basic medical terminology would be beneficial.
