As a seasoned SEO Marketing Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of SEO initiatives across multiple websites and brands in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop targeted SEO strategies for local audiences, focusing on tailored solutions for each market.
  • Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including internal linking, content structuring, and keyword research to improve domain authority.
  • Lead link-building campaigns, conduct outreach efforts, and optimize performance through A/B testing.
  • Produce weekly search and SEO reports, providing insights, measurements, and keyword trends to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute SEO and organic search marketing campaigns, targeting generic and branded keywords to drive results.
  • Conduct website audits, tag images with metadata, update the sitemap, build links, disavow bad links, and perform other essential tasks to enhance online presence.
  • Manage and maintain search and web-related assets, configure integrations, and utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure effective strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience handling international SEO projects, with a focus on diverse markets and languages.
  • Experience producing SEO reports with keyword trends and insights, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ability to stay updated on algorithm changes proactively, ensuring timely adjustments to strategies.
