About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform's best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the US Paid Media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements to execute campaign setup and optimizations accordingly.
  • Regular monitoring of campaign budgets and spend pacing with subsequent optimization of channels with the goal of meeting campaign KPIs and exhaustion of budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Acknowledge and accomplish side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments from the various ad platforms actively used in digital media buying.
About You / Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month).
  • In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques.
