As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional banking experiences to clients in Quezon City.

About the Role:

The primary function of this position is to provide efficient and accurate services to clients by processing over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments, and miscellaneous transactions.

  • You will be assisting UNIPRO with activities like scanning and filing of signature cards and other bank documents.
  • Your tasks will include reviewing check transactions and verifying the authenticity of all notes received.
  • You are expected to cross-sell to existing clients of the branch and refer clients with queries or interest in other bank products.
  • Your goal is to continuously provide a WOW Customer Experience to all clients.
  • You will perform other functions as assigned.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • No work experience required, but customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of initiative and innovation.
  • The ability to work well with people from various socio-economic classes.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Quezon City area.
