Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Branch Ambassador to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Advocates and ensures utilization of convergent banking, self-service machines, and other digital channels. Promotes and supports the bank's digital initiatives.
  • Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.) and other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts, and other monetary transactions among others.
  • Creates a positive customer experience worthy of customer patronage and endorses prospective clients for the bank.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
