Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a strong understanding of client processes and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, handling inbound queries, and managing case resolution.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as technical expertise, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customers, addressing their questions and resolving their concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client processes and procedures.
  • Document all interactions accurately using our case management system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP working experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
