Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting senior decision-makers across industries and regions.
  • Combine deep market insight with creative storytelling to position our events as must-attend opportunities for executives worldwide.
  • Craft compelling messaging and content tailored to C-level and senior executive audiences.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across digital, content, and social channels.
  • Conduct market, industry, and audience research to inform positioning and targeting.
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation processes to support lead generation and client nurturing.
  • Provide strategic input and mentorship to marketing team members.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events, agency, or corporate settings.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies with measurable results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for executive audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment.
