**Job Title:** Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and commitment to excellence of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting residential construction plans, experience with building codes and permitting standards, and excellent customer service skills.

The successful Drafter will be responsible for generating lot-specific drawings, revising existing plan documents, and providing timely support to builders on-site.

The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a remote environment and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in the related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of drafting experience or equivalent
  • Residential construction or home remodeling drafting experience required
  • Familiarity with building codes and permitting standards in WA and OR preferred
  • Ability to conduct internet research and familiarity with local GIS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
