JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to collect the data as per project requirements.
  • Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
  • Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
  • Help senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects.
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to meet the project outcomes.
  • Monitoring work progress, ensuring the quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conducting tests and inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety.
  • Keeping yourself up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology.
  • To manage the tools and inventories used in the project works.
  • Office assignment: General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • With at least 2-3 years of relative work experience
  • Must have good oral and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and planning skills is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Must be collaborative and result oriented
  • CAD and AutoCAD proficiency
  • Design skills
  • Site development
  • Database design
  • Willing to be assigned in GMA, Cavite
