Marketing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads, leveraging audience segmentation strategies, creative testing, and conversion optimization
  • Broaden brand awareness through affiliate marketing programs by identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with influencers and creators
  • Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies, aligning with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Manage programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI through DSP platforms
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, utilizing data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer partnerships
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Effective communication and project management skills
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush, or Sprout Social
