About the role

Bayanihan Development Corporation is seeking a talented Electrician to join our team on a part-time basis in General Trias City, Cavite. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment across our facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and carry out necessary repairs

  • Install, upgrade, and replace electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment as needed

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate maintenance and construction projects

  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in electrical work, such as a trade certificate or diploma

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety standards

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
