  • Provides recommendations for cost reduction, service quality enhancement, productivity gains, and learning development.
  • Conducts thorough business process reviews on existing processes in GBS; documents processes and recommends enhancements.
  • Leads the process of concluding identified Continuous Improvement projects aimed at achieving Efficiency and Productivity objectives of the site.
  • Oversees cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives related to productivity and service quality within GBS.
About You
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in process improvement and performance measurement projects.
  • Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry with multinational companies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
