
Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, communicating with business sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative support.
- Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
- Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with impeccable English grammar and tone.
- Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
- Manage Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
- Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
