Job Description:

The Wellness & Resiliency Director will lead and promote our Frontline First approach to ensure employees are productive, resilient, and enjoy coming to work.

The Director of Wellness and Resiliency will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide wellness and resiliency initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Develops and drives the global wellness and resiliency strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving business needs.

  2. Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide wellness programs, crisis intervention protocols, and resiliency initiatives.

  3. Ensures alignment of local and regional wellness activities with global standards and best practices.

  4. Oversees and provides direction to regional and senior wellness managers, life coaches, and external clinical partners across all assigned locations.

  5. Establishes performance metrics and ensures accountability for wellness delivery teams globally.

  6. Leads recruitment, onboarding, and development of leadership within the wellness team, ensuring continuity and capability scaling.

  7. Collaborates closely with the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency to define KPIs, analyze wellness impact data, and inform strategic adjustments.

  8. Utilizes insights and trends to present actionable recommendations to executive leadership and clients.

  9. Ensures data compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all mental health reporting and program evaluations.

  10. Serves as the primary wellness representative to senior leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  11. Presents wellness strategies, outcomes, and proposals to internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company values.

  12. Builds collaborative partnerships across departments (e.g., HR, Operations, LX, Recruitment, Legal, Risk) to embed wellness into core business functions.

  13. Sets organizational standards for emergency and crisis response protocols; guides managers and coaches in navigating high-risk cases.

  14. Ensured timely escalation and professional referrals for critical incidents impacting teammate mental health

  15. Champions innovation by integrating emerging mental health trends, digital wellness tools, and evidence-based practices into program design.

  16. Represents the organization in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks to position the organization as a leader in workplace wellness.

  17. Develops self by proactively seeking programs and learning opportunities within and outside the company and finds ways to teach and transfer same skill to the team

  18. Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*

  • Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor

  • Minimum 7 years experience in coaching or counseling

  • Minimum 7 years experience of people management and supervision

  • Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care

  • Excellent training, teaching or facilitation skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening skills

  • Above Average fluency in written and spoken English**

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • At least 3 years experience in BPO industry

  • Should be flexible to report to multiple sites (Ortigas, Bacoor, Imus, Meycauayan, Pampanga, La Union, Bohol)
