Lead Fund Accounting Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the fund accounting department.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of fund accounting professionals.
  • Drive operational performance and quality standards across the team.
  • Build and manage key client relationships, ensuring delivery of exceptional service.
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet client needs.
  • Direct implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all aspects of the role.
  • Establish and monitor team performance metrics to drive growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables.
  • Excellent people management skills, including performance reviews, career development discussions, and team training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
