The Payroll and Billing Manager oversees payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include leading payroll processing, overseeing client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations. The Payroll and Billing Manager also manages payroll queries, provides accurate resolutions, and reconciles payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead payroll processing across AU, US, and other global jurisdictions.
- Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations.
- Manage payroll queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
Additionally, the Payroll and Billing Manager will oversee payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements, collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of tax and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with payroll and billing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
