Executive Partner: A Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Executive Partner. This high-level position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, strong operational expertise, and excellent strategic thinking abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in leading initiatives, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team discussions, organizing cultural events, and contributing to strategic projects.

This is a full-time position that offers remote work arrangements and requires a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a high-performer within the company, demonstrating a strong track record of excellence and embodying the company's core values.

Key Qualifications:

  • 12+ months of experience as a DOXA high performer
  • Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to juggle priorities and maintain confidentiality
