Financial Strategist

As a vital partner to senior finance leaders, you will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance within the global finance team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our 100% remote setup, supporting U.S. Central Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-impact initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.
  • Develop and manage monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and complex financial models.
  • Distill complex results into actionable insights and create executive dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Design 'what-if' scenarios, perform risk analyses, and contribute to scenario planning efforts.
In This Role, You Will Also:
  • Collaborate as a trusted advisor to senior finance and business leaders.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced financial tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Significant experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in profit and loss management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
