Strategic Financial Operations Lead

We seek a seasoned Strategic Financial Operations Lead to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop, monitor, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to optimize financial scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial excellence.
- Assess the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Research industry trends and benchmarks to inform financial recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
- Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
- Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
