Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate training, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services customer support.

This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires the ability to design, implement, and deliver world-class learning programs for our Customer Support teams across chat, voice, and email channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing onboarding and continuous learning programs for new hires and tenured agents, covering product knowledge, regulatory and internal compliance, CRM tool usage, and banking process training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various customer support channels
  • Design modules that explain operations and workflows across lending and deposit lifecycles
  • Build engaging materials, including presentations, e-learning, job aids, and assessments
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions, partner with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Use performance data, QA scores, and agent feedback to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services customer support
  • Hands-on experience in a bank or financial institution
  • Strong instructional design skills using BPMN or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency in content tools like Canva, Microsoft Designer, or similar
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • Data-driven, with experience tracking and optimizing learning metrics
  • Fluent English (written and verbal); strong communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
