About the Role

This position collaborates with other security measures to ensure customers can utilize their accounts fully while maintaining a secure environment.

The Senior Compliance team member will be responsible for real-time monitoring of messaging compliance, providing verification of new account sign-ups, and verifying changes to customer-registered business information.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in cross-regional environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live message content to identify potential fraud, spam, and phishing attempts.
  • Detect, report, and take action against fraudulent activity, including blocking suspicious accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Support and Compliance teams to educate customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging.
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for compliance-related issues raised by customers or sales teams.

Requirements:

  • English is your primary language; secondary languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role with exceptionally high detail orientation and leadership elements.
  • At least two years of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
