We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Community Support Engineer.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and have a strong background in IT security concepts.

As a Community Support Engineer, you will be responsible for proactively supporting customers by engaging with them online and creating valuable self-service support content.

You will also act as a brand ambassador for our company, conveying our values and personality through online communications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Deflect support cases by resolving customer queries proactively
  • Monitor and escalate user issues reported online
  • Amply urgent product advisories and latest version releases through social media
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills including but not limited to ActiveDirectory, SQL, Networking, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare, Linux/Unix, Mac, Microsoft Windows, WindowsServer Administration, including Domain Controllers, ActiveDirectory, IIS and SQL
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Security, Cloud, Data protection, Encryption, Malware, Spyware, Cyber Security, Firewalls, Antivirus and Disaster Recovery
