We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve Complex Problems: Utilize your strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide personalized support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Cutting-Edge Technologies: Continuously learn and stay current with the latest software security technologies and tools to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of IT Security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to confidently lead customers through technical resolutions via phone and email.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively handle escalated calls while using sound judgment to make recommendations that meet customer needs.
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrate advanced computer skills, including experience with Linux, Unix, DNS, Networking, Network Security, Apache, Proxies, Email Security, HTTP Protocol, Bash, Web Proxy, Web Security, Spam Filtering, and Active Directory.
  • Network Protocols: Have a solid understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Security Knowledge: Possess basic to intermediate knowledge and understanding of security concepts, firewalls, and cloud technologies.
