Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our team of accountants in performing intercompany processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise team of accountants in performing intercompany processes
  • Review and approve journal entries based on related supporting documents
  • Monitor and track compliance to intercompany policy for team's assigned operational companies
  • Coach individual performance and career development of team members
  • Measure team performance in relation to assigned team goals for the year in alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management Accounting; preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Over 5 years minimum experience in a finance and accounting shared service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) entity with at least 2 years supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in general accounting, with exposure to US GAAP and IFRS, intercompany accounting, and major ERP systems
