Key Responsibilities:

This role involves the management of client invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

You will play a vital part in maintaining a healthy cash flow while developing positive relationships with clients and supporting the finance team's overall success.

  • Uploading customer receipt information into the ERP system, matching customer payments to corresponding customer accounts and sales invoices
  • Preparing and generating customer statements on a weekly basis or as requested by the customer
  • Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and issuing reports to key stakeholders on customer overdue balances and KPIs
  • Preparing intercompany invoices and conducting intercompany reconciliation
  • Assisting with processing customer payments on a daily and weekly basis
  • Tracking key performance metrics
  • Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments
  • Posting journal entries in the ERP system
  • Assisting with month-end close and preparation of management accounts
  • Identifying trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial analysis and information requests as required
  • Project work as required to improve overall business processes and controls
