- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and business opportunities by reading relevant publications and attending professional events.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A willingness to travel as needed.
