Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
