UX Coordinator Job Description

We offer on-demand UX services to businesses of varying sizes.

This role is responsible for coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients, ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects and a general understanding of UI/UX design and software development processes.

Key responsibilities include communicating task schedules and budget to team members, creating and assigning tasks to team members, reviewing design requirements, and coordinating internal and client files.

Proficiency in using Figma, ClickUp, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to improve existing processes are also necessary.

As a UX Coordinator, you will collaborate with a team of experts, work on exciting and challenging UI/UX projects, and receive mentorship while working on your projects.

**Responsibilities:

  • Communicate UX tasks internally and with clients.
  • Convert project conversation/discussion into relevant tasks.
  • Keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers.
  • Communicate task schedules and budget to assignees.
  • Create and assign tasks to team members.
  • Review that design requirements are met and approved by lead.
  • Coordinate internal and client files, ensuring that approved designs are updated in client files.
  • Help in delivering designs to client (usually video call).

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects.
  • General understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • You can use Figma (managing files, pages, layers).
  • You are proactive in improving existing processes.
  • You are proficient in using ClickUp.
  • You have strong problem solving skills.
  • You have a keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Expert in ClickUp and Figma.
  • Experienced managing or coordinating UI UX projects.
