Lead Financial Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing a finance team. They will be responsible for providing strategic support to the CFO and senior management team.

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to spearhead our finance function, ensuring financial integrity and driving business growth through efficient planning, control and reporting.

This role requires a commercially astute financial leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive decision-making with accurate and timely management information.

  1. To lead and direct the finance team in delivering accurate and regular management information to the Board and departments.
  2. To develop and lead the evolution of financial reporting processes and business systems.
  3. To support the MD in budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  4. To ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed properly.
  5. To produce and interpret management accounts.
  6. To ensure the year end audit is performed properly.
  7. To generate and maintain the group's cash flow and budgeting requirements.
  8. To ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA).
  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of ₱2,700,000 - ₱3,500,000 per month.
  • 15 days paid leave per annum.
