Cryptocurrency Platform Support Specialist

This role involves providing support for a cryptocurrency platform from a remote location. The successful candidate will have experience in the field and excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on various platforms to engage with the community and promote the company's services.
- Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
- Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
- Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
