Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our digital projects.

As a bridge between clients and the development team, this role requires exceptional communication skills to liaise directly with clients and translate feedback into actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and testing completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
  • Logging and tracking bugs in Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Ensuring issues are addressed before delivery to the client.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managing support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Tracking project progress and updating relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicating clearly with clients to send back completed work / tasks for testing.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
  • Proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by the client.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
