Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor inbound and outbound interactions, and evaluate customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Score each interaction from 1 to 5 in different Key Performance Indicators: communication, approach, was the resolution (qualified or not qualified) correct, what could be improved, and recollected all information.
  • Find areas of opportunity for each team member.
  • Provide feedback in written form to stakeholders in real-time. Stakeholders shall inform Quality Assurance Specialists to whom the feedback will be provided.
  • Create/manage a quality scorecard form per the document provided by stakeholders to the Quality Assurance Specialist.
  • Create a quality score dashboard to visualize each team member's performance and improvement.
  • Participate in periodic calls to provide insight into the AE scores, trends, suggestions, etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Applications.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidential information contained.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • An effective time manager who can perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above.
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
