Job Title

A career opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Specialist to manage the translation of platforms globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage localization projects including timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and manage global multilingual content strategies to facilitate high-quality translations for First Advantage platforms.
  • Provide training guidance and support to stakeholders on translation workflows and existing translation tools processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Development Teams and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products guaranteeing accessibility in all certified languages.
  • Oversee Translation/Language requests in the GAPS queue and work with cross-functional teams to resolve these tickets.
  • Maintain language-related pages to ensure information is updated.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of translation.
  • Provide feedback recommendations for improving translation processes.
  • Work with external vendors freelancers and assist in maintaining good relationships with partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Able to work in varying schedules depending on business needs.
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience working in different countries cultures.
  • With experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills.
  • Quick understanding of business processes requirements.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines manage multiple projects.
