Role Summary:

This position involves strategic financial management, encompassing key areas of financial reporting, planning, and analysis. The primary focus is on providing consolidated financial reports, preparing financial models to inform business decisions, and supporting Business Units with finance and accounting.

The role requires collaboration with the CFO in reviewing financial results and tax strategies, as well as variance analysis and financial statement explanations. It also entails supporting financial planning and budgeting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, compliance, payroll, cash flow forecasts, project cost reviews, performance analysis, and long-term financial planning.

Beyond these responsibilities, the Finance Manager will work remotely to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, guiding strategic financial planning, and analyzing cash flow, budgets, and project costs. This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic decisions through insightful reporting and planning, working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consolidated financial reports
  • Prepare financial models for business decisions
  • SUPPORT BUSINESS UNITS WITH FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
  • Collaborate with the CFO in reviewing financial results and tax strategies
  • Conduct variance analysis and financial statement explanations
  • Support financial planning and budgeting activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, detail-oriented, with good analytical skills
  • CPA certification (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (nice-to-have)
